NYshoHair operates as a luxury hair house, not a factory. Every order is treated as a personal commission—curated, prepared, and finished with intention rather than pulled from a shelf.
Because our hair is offered in its natural, unorthodox state and released in limited quantities, many pieces are prepared by pre-order. This allows us to select, refine, and ready your hair to meet the standards of our house.
Production Timeline: 4–6 Weeks

Week 1 – Order Confirmed
Your order is placed into our production queue and reserved specifically for you. -
Week 2 – Selection & Preparation
Your hair is carefully selected and prepared based on your chosen texture, weight, and finish. -
Week 3–4 – Refinement & Finishing
Your hair is refined, balanced, and finalized to preserve its natural movement, density, and character. -
Week 5–6 – Final Review & Dispatch
Your order completes final inspection and is prepared for shipment. You’ll be notified as soon as it’s on its way.
This timeline allows us to maintain what defines NYshoHair:
No mass production. No factory uniformity. No shortcuts.
Only curated hair, prepared with intention, and released in limited quantities.
Some pieces may ship sooner depending on availability, but we ask clients to allow up to 4–6 weeks to honor the process and the standard of the house.
